Process:The agregates are dehumidified and dried at 80 degree centigrade for 4 hours before injection molding. If the product has a temperature resistance requirements, a dehumidifier dryer and a mold temperature controller should be equipped, and an injection temperature of 110 degree centigrade is required.
Advantages:The materials have good toughness, and the products can be bent and rebounded. Currently, the rare bio-based bending cap technology on the market, the products has passed the customers' performance test.
Suitable for:Injection molding cap products, and extrusion-type products used in the temperature range of -20℃-100℃.
