Process:The agregates are dehumidified and dried at 80 degree centigrade for 4 hours before injection molding. If the product has a temperature resistance requirements, a dehumidifier dryer and a mold temperature controller should be equipped, and an injection temperature of 110 degree centigrade is required.
Advantages:PLA alloy material has a performance close to ABS/PC/PS, which has excellent performance of wet and heat aging and xenon lamp aging, meeting the customers' needs to replace plastic products such as ABS, PC and PS.
Suitable for:Products used in the temperature range of -20℃-100℃, including but not limited to stationery, toys, cosmetics package, automotive trims.
