Process:The agregates are dehumidified and dried at 65-70 degree centigrade for 3-4 hours before injection molding. The blowup ratio of product can be adjusted according to the requirements for the thickness of the film, and the suggested blowup ratio is about 1:3.5.
Advantages:The material has good ductility, transparent/solid color, bottle-type packaging containers can be used in the temperature range of -20℃-90℃.
Suitable for:Bottle-type products processed through injection/blow molding and extrusion blow processes, including but not limited to cosmetic bottle, beverage bottle and other industrial bottles.
