Process:The agregates are dehumidified and dried at 80 degree centigrade for 4 hours before injection molding. If the product has a temperature resistance requirements, a dehumidifier dryer and a mold temperature controller should be equipped, and an injection temperature of 110 degree centigrade is required.
Advantages:PLA and wood (bamboo) fiber modified materials have a short molding cycle and good toughness, and have the appearance of natural wood (bamboo) fibers.
Suitable for:Injection molding, blister molding and blow molding products used in the temperature range of -20℃-100℃.
